Project participantGuðbjörg Linda Rafnsdóttir is Professor of Sociology and Pro-Rector of Science at the University of Iceland. She is also affiliate for the Center for Research on Gender in the Professions, University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Before, she was a senior researcher at the Research Center for Occupational Health and Working Life. Linda is involved in several domestic and international studies, most of them related to work; occupational health and well-being, work-life balance, gender segregation, diversity (gender, age, nationality), inclusion/exclusion, social dumping, and trafficking. She has authored and co-authored a number of articles and book chapters on these topics.
